The breathing holding exercise should do in the Air element activation. When the Air element is activated we can hold the breath for long time. We can increase the breath holding time slowly, gradually and daily.
कुम्भक प्राणायाम करने के लिये वायु तत्व अति उत्तम है। जब वायु तत्त्व चलेगा तो आप ज्यादा समय तक वायु को रोक सकते हो। उस समय आपके अनुकूल रहती है। अर्थात आपके अधीन रहती है। इस समय अपना प्रणायाम का समय बढा सकते हो।
