How to do Kayakalp( Anti-ageing) ? काया कल्प कैसे करे ?

ANTI-AGEING MEAL:-
Eat less grains and Eat more fruits. Eat less oily meal. Eat less spicy meal. Drink plenty of water. Eat mix liquid vegetable dishes. Avoid junk, and fast food. Avoid multiple eating.
ANTI-AGEING PRANAYAM-
A man take 15 breath in a minutes and 21000 in 24 hours. If we take long breath so we can save so many breath in a minute. We have to reduce 15 breath to 14 to 13 to 12.... It should be gradually reduced. Avoid excess sleeping. Avoid excess hard work. In winter, kumbhak. In summer, sheetli pranayam.
ANTI-AGEING POSTURE:-
Chakrasan, Butterfly, Myurasan, Shirsasan, Halasan, Matsyendra Aasan,
Gomukhi Aasan, Padmasan, Siddhadan, Pashchimoktasan,
MEDITATION:-
Meditation is also very good to reduce stress hormones. Extensive meditation decrease metabolism and catabolism. Good quality meditation decrese intake of Oxygen and decrease production of carbon dioxide of the body.
BRAHMCHRYA (CELIBACY):-
Brahma means supreme god and charya means follow. Follow Brahmcharya physically and mentally also. Keeping Brahmachrya for one year give immense power direct towards god.
