We have to keep the tounge all the way out and fold from both side and make it like a tube take breath from it and breath out from the nose. This is known as sheetli pranayam (cooling breath technique). We can do it for 10 minutes. This technique decrease body temperature. It is good to in summer season.
शीतली प्राणायाम के लिये जीभ को चन्चुवत करके अर्थात जीभ को बाहर निकाल कर गोल करते है। तथा उस गोल जीभ से श्वास लेते है व नाक से श्वास बाहर छोड़ते हैं। इसको १० मिनट तक कर सकते हैं। इससे शरीर में शितलता बढती हैं। इसे गर्मियों के दिनों में करना चाहिए।
