Sheershaasan (up side down posture) decrease the chances of heart attack of so much extent. While perform Sheershaasan heart get extra blood to its arteries because of this small arteries develop bigger. Because of this posture small clots of arteries get removed.High blood pressure patient shouldn't do this posture.
शीर्षासन करने से हार्ट अटैक कि समस्या काफी हद तक कम हो जाती है। क्योकि शीर्षासन से हार्ट में अधिक रक्त प्रवाह होता है जिससे हार्ट की स्पोर्ट्स आर्टरी( एक्स्ट्रा आर्टरी) डोवेलोप हो जाती हैं। तथा छोटे मोटे क्लॉट भी साफ हो जाते हैं।जिसको हाई ब्लड प्रेशर हो उसे यह आसन नही करना चाहिए।
