Sheershaasn(upside down or keep head on the floor and keep lower limb upside) is very good posture to decrease the chances of brain hemorrhage and brain stroke and paralysis. When do this posture blood flow to brain side with pressure that clear the small vessels clot of the brain. Sheershasn posture keep blood vessels(arteries and veins) healthy. Patients with high blood pressure should avoid this posture.
शीर्षासन पैरालिसिस व लकवे के लिए अति उत्तम आसन हैं। क्योंकि जब हम शीर्षासन करते हैं तो दिमाग की धमनी व शिराओं में अत्यधिक रक्त प्रवाह होता है । जिससे वहा किसी प्रकार छोटे मोठे रक्त के थक्के को यह साफ कर देता है। जिसको हाई ब्लड प्रेशर हो उसे यह आसन नही करना चाहिए।
